Black screen after installing mod... something obvious I'm missing?

I have Minecraft 1.8.1 and I'm trying to install the Aether mod since last night but it's just not working.... Sad

Here's what I've done,
I tried both forced updates and a deleting my .minecraft folder to start from scratch.
Copied into the .jar folder all the stuff in Modloader
Copied into the .jar all the stuff in AudioMod
Copied into the .jar all the stuff in PlayerAPI 1.7.3 v1.1
Copied into the .jar all the stuff in the bin folder for ShockAhPI r5.1
Copied into the .jar all the stuff in the jar folder of Aether1.7.3 v1.02
Copied into the minecraft resources the mod folder from the Aether 1.7.3 v1.02 resources folder

And it still black screens...
I've tried doing it through 7-zip, winrar and then just unpacking everything one at a time into a folder and copying those into the jar using winrar. Nothing seems to be working! I've even tried using that minecraft error test program and it works fine up until I install PlayerAPI then it stops working.

Can anybody help?
